‘On The Fringe’ at the Shakespeare is proud to present ‘Fringe fitness’.
We really are your local with a difference. Ran by proffessional dancers/ areobics instructors this is fitness with a twist! With their fun approach, fantastic motivational music and disco lights it feels more like a party than a workout. Come and try some ‘exercise in disguise’ with these brand new and exciting fitness classes.
Be it that you want to get fit and toned up for the new year or you want to just come along, meet some new people and have a giggle – there is something for everyone!
We have some great classes including Zumba, Legs Bums and Tums and Decade Dance. So dust off your pumps and get ready for the latest craze to hit southport.

Fringe Fitness Timetable:
TUESDAYS: LBT 5-6 Decade Dance 6-7
THURSDAYS: Zumba 7 – 8
FRIDAYS: Zumba 11:00am – 12:00pm
SATURDAYS: Circuit 12-1
